Flavors come in 3 main forms:

  • emulsion;
  • clear liquid;
  • powder.

Emulsive flavors (colored or clear) are often used in a production of soft drinks with citrus, exotic and other fruit tastes. Along with the right taste and aromatic profile, a very important feature of such flavors is the stability of emulsion in the finished product, which depends not only on accurate formula, but also on storage and transport conditions. Color stability of the drink is achieved by selecting flavors with light-resistant colorants, as well as by ensuring appropriate storage conditions for finished drinks.

Clear liquid flavors, colored or colorless, are usually used in a production of cola, tonic, lemonade and other popular drinks. We offer this type of flavors as nature identical and as class WOMF natural. Often these flavors are used for production of clear and transparent drinks, but if you have special requests (e.g. creating a drink with natural colorant and high level of opacification), we are ready to fulfill them, using clear liquid flavorings and appropriate additional materials.

Powder flavorings can be used for production of both traditional beverages (cloudy or clear), and special dry mixes. Our technologists have worked out several formulas of such mixes for production of hot and cold drinks from dry concentrates.
