Maxilact®

Lactase enzyme Maxilact® is used for:

  • production of fermented dairy products with low level of sugar;
  • manufacturing of condensed milk and caramel from condensed milk (prevents crystallization of the product);
  • production of ice-cream (decreases/prevents sandiness defect);
  • generation of refined acidic whey hydrolysate.
